How do I rent?
Please visit our online booking page.

How do I pay for my rental villa/townhouse?
Through our online booking system, you will be asked to pay for your stay using PayPal. You do not need to actually have a paypal account, but can certainly use it if you do. Alternatively, PayPal will bill your credit card.

What is your noise policy?
At Casa Linda, we have a "respect policy". We know that people come here to vacation and have fun, but also ask you respect the privacy and tranquil environment of our owners other renters.

What if I have a problem or need to speak to someone during my stay?
We have a fully staffed office - seven days per week. There is always someone available to answer questions, help with tours, offer service in the case of an emergency, etc.

Is Casa Linda secure?
Yes, security is of primary importance. We offer a 24-hour security system that protects our owners and renters, as well as their belongings. We are one of the most secure develoments on the north coast.

Is there a hosptial nearby?
The brand new, Cabarete Medical Centre, is 5-minutes away. Emergency services can be called by the front gatge.

How close is the beach and shopping?
Several beaches are about 5-minutes away by car.

How far is the aiport?
The airport is 10-minutes from Casa Linda.

Is there an international school nearby?
Yes. There are three, well accredited schools within a 10-minute drive of Casa Linda.

BUYING:

How do I pay for a villa?
Villas are built in stage payments. Please visit our payment structure page for details.

How long does it take to build?
Build times depend on the size of the villa. For smaller villas: 6-9 months. For large homes: 10-13 months. Weather is also a large determiner in build times. If there are three weeks of rain, this will impact construction time.

How many villa models do you have?
We offer eight standard models; however, we are a custom builder. You can bring us your dream plan, or we can help you modify an existing plan, or create one just for you!

Is the DR safe?
This is a safe country; however, as in all countries, there is some crime. On the north coast, life is very tranquil. Most crime involves petty theft. There is very little violent crime here.

Is the government secure?
This is a democratic government that is very tied to the rest of the world financially. It is foreign invmentment friendy and has an ecomomy that is partly based on tourism. The DR has a vested interest in continuing to propser its people and grow itself economically.

Are there a lot of other Canadians, Americans, and Europeans there?
There is a very large population of us "gringos" on the north coast. This means you will find a lot of your own countrymen and activities that you are used to.

Are cars expensive?
Vehicles are more expensive than in the US or Canada, but less than in parts of Europe.
