6-10% Rental Guarantee
For 3-4 bedroom new villas, buyers will receive guaranteed rental income of 6-10% of the purchase price for the first two years of ownership. This percentage depends on which villa is purchased.
- Owners will also not be charged a sudivision fee (currently $260/month - includes 24-hour security, back up power, onsite office, cable, water, garbage, outside lighting, maintenance of common areas); or
- The running costs of the villa will be for propane ($200/year) and electricity ($100-$300/month depending on occupancy), and housekeeping/gardening/pool care (6 days per week) at $390/month.
- Casa Linda can guarantee these amounts due to its successful rental program and demand for holiday vacation homes.
