Fly and Buy

If you visit us here in Casa Linda and choose to proceed with the purchase of a villa or townhome, we will reimburse you $1,300 US for your flights. If you have stayed in one of our rental villas during your property search, we will waive any rental fees as well.

Stay Free During Construction

During the course of your villa or townhome's construction, we invite you to stay with us in a 2-bedroom villa for free. Most of our client's return at least once during construction to choose items for their new home like tile, cabinets, paint, curtains, order furniture, etc. It is our goal for our clients to feel at home here, and we are as accomodating as possible of all their needs, including providing them a place to stay for free while their new home is being built.
