The Casa Linda family of staff are a collection of Norwegians, Dominicans, Canadians and Germans. As a group, we all work to make Casa Linda a unique and well managed place to live, rent or own. Below are some of our team leads and people you may speak with, or see working, in the subdivision. Please click the arrows to scroll through:

Eric Sandmael, president
Eric lives full time in Casa Linda and is a hands-on lead for all departments in the subdivision. His overall mandate for Casa Linda is to build excellent quality homes, at reasonable prices, then make this an enjoyable, secure, well managed place to live and/or vacation. Eric works personally with all build clients to ensure clients
receive the villa or townhome they want and feel comfortable with their DR purchase. Eric travels back and forth to Norway often, to meet with the Casa Linda board of directors and to plan long term strategies for the subdivision in terms of marketing, rental programs, forward planning, etc. Eric is originally from Norway.

Gabino N. Contreras, General Manager - Administration
Gabino's role in Casa Linda is to take care of all the daily operations of a subdivision with over 130 houses. This is a daunting task that he handles with his easy going manner and excellent attention to detail! Gabino is in charge of general security; the maintenance, housekeeping, gardening, and pool care departments; and accounting. He oversees several of our other staff members as they make Casa Linda operate successfully each day. For owners, Gabino is a first point of contact should they have a problem. For our absent owners, he ensures their villa is well serviced. Gabino is from the Dominican Republic.

Phyllis Hoffman, Rental Manager
Phyllis is originally from the United States, but has made the Dominican Republic her home for several years. She is a very friendly and helpful addition to Casa Linda. Rental clients enjoy her great attitude and sense of humour.

Jeff Mohr, Commander of Security
Jeff is originally from the US and has a great deal of experience leading security teams both abroad and here in the Dominican Republic. Casa Linda's security group has always been second to none. The DR is a very safe country, but we have a responsibiity to provide safety and security for our owners, renters, and their belongings. Our security team monitors the subdivision 24-hours per day and is also available in the case of any health emergency to obtain medical aid, and assist with any other issue that may come up, particularly for vacationers who are new to the country. Jeff, and his team, provide a friendly, well managed and trained service .

Edwin, Assistant Rental Manager
Edwin works to make sure our rental program is running smoothly and that our guests are well taken care of. He can be seen around the subdivison in one of our golf carts visiting renters, checking people in and out, and handling all the night shift duties. Edwin is an ardent baseball fan and follows the DR teams religiously! He is from the Dominican Republic.

Alberto, Shuttle Bus Driver
Alberto is a client favourite. His can-do attitude, knowledge of the area, and helpful manner make him such a valuable part of our team. Alberto spends his days ferrying renters and owners to the beach, shopping, touring, and to the airport.

Janine, Project Coordinator- Building
Janine can be found all over the site of the new builds in Casa Linda making sure that what our clients want, they get. She is the liaison between the construction team and our clients. Janine's background is kitchen and bath design and construction in Canada. She is wonderful at communicating with people and helping them choose items for their homes that will work, and will look great. She keeps people abreast of their home builds from a distance by working with them via phone and email, and sending weekly pictures and status reports on their developing homes. Janine is from Canada.

Williams, Pool & Garden Supervisor - Maintenance
Casa Linda is well known for its park like yards and main areas. William is in charge of making sure the subdivision and each villa's green spaces are manicured and look great. He also keeps all these pools looking sparkling blue and in good order.

Willimas, Maintenance - Administration
Willy is the man that looks after any maintenance issues on Casa Linda villas. Our homeowners rely on him to make sure all is running smoothly in their homes - everything from a leaky roof, to a broken fridge - Willy gets the job done.
Christina, Housekeeping Supervisor - Maintenance
Be it a rental villa or a full time residence, most of our owners utilize Casa Linda's excellent housekeeping program. Christina
keeps over 30 housekeepers busy,6-days per week!

Marileyda, Accounting - Administration
Over 130 completed villas, and an active build site keep Marileyda busy
with all manner of accounting tasks. She looks after the accounting for all our administration, as well as the daily tasks related to the construction side of things.

Juan, Security Supervisor - Administration
Security is a number one priority here at Casa Linda. Many of our homeowners are not always in residence, and we have vacationers here from all over the world. Everyone's safety and security of their possession is of utmost importance. Juan supervises our security team, making sure all our villas are safe and sound.

Blanquita - Casa Linda Doggie
Blanquita just showed up one day and became the community dog. She is so sweet and can be seen visiting people all over the neighbourhood. She especially likes it when Alberto gives her a bath.
