Casa Linda began more than 14-years ago. We have slowly built and developed a unique, safe, well managed and fun subdivision full of lovely homes with great owners. Currently, Casa Linda encompasses 130-villas built over Phases 1 through 6. We offer a three-fold service:

  1. Build: Our design and construction group works with clients to build a villa uniquely theirs.
  2. Manage: Upon completion, our management team offers optional housekeeping/gardening/pool services, as well as a maintenance program and bill payment program. Most of our part time, and some of our full time residents, take part in this program.
  3. Rent: We offer a successful and well marketed rental program to any of our owners that want to use their villa/townhouse as an investment property, or part time residence. Many of our owners are still working in their home countries and can only visit their DR property for vacations. Our rental program ensures their villas or townhouses carry themselves financially. On many new builds, we offer a rental guarantee as well.

Who is Casa Linda?

Casa Linda is fully owned by a Norwegian group of investors who have all made long term commitments to the project. We are well set financially, own all the land in Casa Linda outright, and do not depend on bank financing for any building or operating expenses.

Eric Sandmael, our president, lives in Casa Linda and operates daily in our on site offices. Eric is very hands on with clients and believes in spending personal time with each new person that purchases in Casa Linda. We want new people to feel comfortable and at home here, knowing the investment of their hard earned dollars is well taken care of.

Phases 7 through 11 are ready for new villas as well as some exciting new ideas, like Isla Paradiso, a totally unique townhome project starting at just $150,000 US. We are always looking for innovative ways to service our clients with great products and ever improving management systems.
